Illinois Lyme Association (ILA), in partnership with ILADS, presents Foundations in Tickborne Diseases: Clinical Education for Healthcare Providers, a one-day Midwest Regional Medical Conference, free of charge.

Our goal with this conference is to remove the financial barriers that may prevent our regional healthcare providers from receiving up-to-date and actionable Lyme and tick-borne disease education.

Healthcare providers can expect to receive information on the following topics:

Open to the all healthcare providers, including physicians, physician associates, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and paramedics.

Additional CME opportunities:
You have the opportunity to attend a second conference and receive additional free CME credits. On Wednesday, September 9, 2026, Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) will host the 2026 TIckborne Disease Medical Conference at the I-Hotel. ILA has also partnered with IDPH for that conference.

You may attend both conferences over the two days, but you will need to register for the IDPH tickborne disease conference separately. For that conference, you can register here.‍ ‍




About ILADS
ILADS is a nonprofit, international medical society dedicated to improving the diagnosis and treatment of Lyme disease and its associated illnesses. The organization supports healthcare professionals by providing a platform for sharing evidence-based breakthroughs and clinical experiences. Through annual global conferences and specialized training programs, ILADS works to increase clinical competency among providers and advance the standard of care to achieve better health outcomes for people with tickborne diseases.
