Kicking Off Our Target250 Campaign
By Illinois Lyme Association
Statistics tell one story, but your lived experience tells another.
Illinois Lyme Association is excited to announce the launch of Target250, an initiative we created with our student intern through the Applied Practice Experience (APEx) in Northwestern University’s Master of Public Health program.
As part of this project, we are gathering insights into the quality of life of Illinois residents—past and present—who have been impacted by Lyme and tickborne diseases.
The Goal: We need 250 responses, from people who are living or have lived in Illinois, to create a powerful snapshot of what it’s really like to live with Lyme and tickborne diseases in our state. Our end date is February 28, 2026, so we have a little more than 6 weeks to accomplish our goal.
Take the Target250 Questionnaire
Why this matters: Although we’re not conducting a formal clinical study, the data we collect will be the backbone of our 2026 advocacy and awareness efforts. When we speak to changemakers across Illinois, we want to lead with your voice.
The questionnaire takes just 5 to 10 minutes of your time, but the impact could last for years.
Help us spread the word: After you complete the questionnaire, please send it along to as many Illinois residents—past or present—as possible!
